Question

Agar koi shakhs kisi larki ko touch kare shehwat ke saath lekin uske kapre par touch ho, uske jism par direct nahi ho or jism ki heat feel nahi huwi ho to aisi surat ma kiya hukam hoga? Touch karne wale ko yaqeen he ke jism ki heat feel nahi huwi thi kapre ki wajah say?

Answer

Hurmate musaaharat ke thaabit hone keliye jism ki haraarat mahsoos karna dharoori he.
