Special child ka waalidain ke meeraath me hissa milna

Question

Ek miya biwi ke 2 betay aur ek beti hai. Ek beta special child jisko mental disability hai. In case of death of parents, us par inheritance ka law kaise lagay ga? Matlab kiya uska share ho ga aur wo kis tarah usko diya jaye ga?

Answer

Zaroor, uska bhi hissa poori tarah se dena chaahiye.

Uska koi saheeh aur sachche aadmi ko zimme daar bana diya jaaye aur woh uske tamaam hawaaij aur zarooriyyaat ko poora karle.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
