Qurbaani for a haaji
Question
This year In Shaa Allah I will be performing Hajj. Do I have to perform Qurbani in Makkah as well my native place in India or only in Makkah?
Please note that Qurbani is farz for me.
Answer
During the days of qurbaani, if you are not a musaafir, then qurbaani will be compulsory upon you. You have the choice to do the qurbaani in Makkah Mukarramah or to get someone to do it on your behalf in your hometown or in another place.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
