Nikaah ke waqt pe waalid ke surname mai galat ho jaye

Question

Kiya nikaah ke waqt pe waalid ke surname mai galat ho jaye to nikaah jaaiz hai? Jaise ki surname Quraishi ho aur ail bol ke nikaah karwaya jaye to nikaah jaaiz hai?

Answer

Agar larki aur larki ke waalid ka naam liya gaya aur shaahidain aur doosre log ko maloom tha ke kis ka nikaah ho raha he, to nikaah hojaayega agarche surname kehne me ghalati ki he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
