Question

A youngster hired someone to kill his father so he can get his inheritance money. The guy killed the father. Does the son inherit?

Answer

He will inherit. However, there will not be any goodness in this wealth for him. Similarly, he will be sinful in the sight of Allah Ta'ala for hiring someone to kill his father. In an Islamic State, he will be severely punished if he is proven guilty for such a heinous crime.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
