Question

I was hoping you could please advise me. I am not a Muslim, but Inn Shaa Allah I will revert. I do however want to learn more about Islam before making a decision. I am currently going to an Apa that is helping me with Islmaic history. Is it permissible for her to start teaching me the Quraan if I make wudhu? Can I start learning Arabic alphabets, duas and surahs?

Answer

You should accept Islam first and then the apa should teach the Qur’aan.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Where scholars differ, it’s safer to take the more cautious view.
