Doing aqeeqah before the seventh day
Question
Will aqeeqa be done if it is done the day after the child is born and will the reward still be attained?
Answer
Yes. However it is mustahab to carry it out on the seventh day.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
