Grandparents taking photos of one's children
Question
If someone does not want photos to be taken of their baby and they know their grandparents are taking in the quiet, must they tell them not to?
Answer
Respectfully explain to them that it is wrong.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Are photographs and taking pictures permissible?
“This is not permissible. Through you building a social media app where users will post pictures of animate objects, you will be involved in the sin of photography as well as inviting others to commit this grave sin.”
