Question

I just wanted to know if you have no wali can you do nikaah? I have nobody but I want to do nikaah. His parents are not agreeing. Also we are both adults and want to get married can you help please?

Answer

If you look around you will find a wali. If it is not your parents, then your brothers, uncles, cousins or some senior reliable Muslim elder in your community.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
