Khalwat se pehle talaaq

Question

Mujhy yeh pata karna hai, larki ka nikha us k cousin se hoa tha, kuch probs ki wajha se larki nai khula qanoni court se li thi (rukhsati nahi hoi thi family k kuch probs thy) phir kuch time bad us k husband nai normal talaq bhi dey di (stamp paper pe witness k samny). ab ager woh larki shadi karti hai tu kiya nikha naama pe kuwari likha ja sakta hai? husband n wife ka koi apas mai taluq nahi tha.

Answer

Agar rukhsati nahi huwi aur uske sath khalwat nahi huwi to kuwaari he.
