Khalwat se pehle khula lene se iddat

Question

Meri cousin ki rishte ke bad nikaah hogaya tha aur rukhsati nahi huwi thi... Ghar me wo kamati he kiyunke us ki father nahi he. Ab rukhsati se pehle wo us se khula le rahi he aur unke beech me sex nabhi huwa he abhi tak, na hath lagaya. Woh door se rehti he. Uspe iddat he ya nahi?

Answer

Agar khaawind ne khula qabool kya, to khula se eik talaaq baain waaqi hogayi. Aurat par iddat waajib he agar wo khaawind ke saath khalwat me rahe.
